Hunter Interests has represented investors in equity placement activities in numerous equity/cash and/or mezzanine loan investments with new development costs usually averaging $20-$60M and cash equity requirements in the $3M-$10M range per deal. The company has represented equity placements which have financed new construction in multifamily, industrial, student housing, senior living housing, golf resort and single family lot construction.

This placement activity financed new projects in Austin, Round Rock, Corpus Christi, Houston, Horseshoe Bay, Dripping Springs, Lakeway and Carrollton (Dallas), Texas and West Palm Beach, Florida, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sterling, Virginia, and most recently Lakeway, Texas.
