Siesta Lago

Siesta Lago was built as an upper end 126 unit, 2 story garden style apartment community near the Orlando, Florida airport in 1999. Floor plans included 1 to 3 bedroom units from 840 to 1,130 square feet with a total of 139,000 livable square feet.

The property was purchased in 2006 by a partnership including Hunter Interests to convert to luxury condominiums due to its location in the marketplace and larger floor plans. A new amenity center was built along with a new fitness center. The pool was re-built, tennis courts renovated and each unit completely re-modeled featuring new fixtures, new appliances and flooring inclusive of both wood floors and carpeting. New landscaping was established and model units were decorated and furnished for each unit. The partnership exited the project in 2007.
